Prayer for Students taking exams by Pastor Jacqui King:

Phil. 4: 6-7 (Message Translation)
6-7Don't fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God's wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It's wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life.

Jeremiah 29: 11 (New International Version translation)For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Gracious and loving God, your help is needed right now for students taking exams. Cover all with comfort from the Holy Spirit because some are anxious, others are worried, and many are just tense about exams in general. Jesus Christ, we ask for your gifts of peace, rest, and a calm heart during this time. Guide them with your grace to do their best so that they can reap the rewards of many hours of study. Help all to forgive others and to be true friends to one another. Let the peace and love of Jesus Christ become real to each student. For you know the plans you have for all; we trust you to make them come alive as they excel in their studies. Thanks in advance for all that you freely give. In Jesus’ name we ask for all these blessing to come forth. Amen.
