Also, the Miller Outdoor Theatre in Hermann Park has lots of free shows. Some this summer are Sounds Like Fun and Disney's When You Wish (featuring performances of famous Disney songs). Those are just for kids. But they also have a Gulf Coast Juneteenth Celebaration, performances by the Houston Symphony, and lots of other presentations for free. Schedules vary.
